The HRSA Information Center provides publications, information, resources, and referrals about health care services for medically underserved individuals and populations.

You may get live, online assistance between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. eastern time, Monday through Friday, by accessing the HRSA Information Center’s (IC’s) Live Help service. Simply click the button below to submit your chat request.

During off-hours, clicking on the "Live Help" button will allow you to send an e-mail to the HRSA Information Center, where an Information Specialist will respond to your request during normal business hours.
