It uses the examples of the Pima County, Arizona’s Health Department’s collaboration with local partners, providers, and stakeholders to become accredited to extend services and strengthen overall public health, and the Healthy Start Initiative in Boston, Massachusetts collaboration between the Boston Public Health Commission and Boston Housing Authority (BHA) to offer high-risk pregnant women priority placement in BHA housing. The newsletter also includes new additions to the MatCH family, an accreditation interview, the MCH Navigator online learning pathway for public health professionals, and references. |
